Microgaming Poker Network and Initial Rewards strike new deal

The Microgaming Poker Network (MPN), formerly Prima Poker, has announced an agreement in principal with one of the most experienced and largest providers of loyalty products to the iGaming sector, namely Initial Rewards.

In terms of the deal between MPN and London-based Initial Rewards, the latter company will be authorized to service the Microgaming Poker Network operators with loyalty store reward programs in an attempt to enrich their player’s experience and enhance customer retention.

Head of network games at Microgaming, Lydia Melton, revealed that Loyalty stores have in the past proved to be an influential way of keeping player retention and that they are thrilled to be given the chance to work with Initial Rewards and to introduce them to their operator base. Melton added that the Microgaming Poker Network caters to an assortment of clients that range from huge publicly listed companies to smaller operators in cranny local markets and that the partnership between them and Initial Rewards at a network level provides them with the ability to offer all their operators with loyalty stores. She went on to say that they are absolutely delighted that they are now in a position to intensify their offering to all their loyal customers.
